Summer arrival
There are three ways to get to Sparenmoos
(see below or our Flyer for details).
Private car
It is about 9 km from the village of Zweisimmen to Sparenmoos.
We recommend using the car park at the Berghaus Sparenmoos.
In summer, there is no one-way traffic from Heimchueweid.
Hiking taxi
The hiking taxi runs from Zweisimmen railway station from 28 June to 12 October 2025, on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Registration is mandatory and can be done by 5 p.m. the day before.

Carpool bench
Take a seat on one of our carpool benches and, with a bit of luck, a passing private vehicle will give you a lift.
The two benches are located in Obegg (ascent) and at the Berghaus Sparenmoos (descent).
